What I Ordered & My Thoughts
🍨 Secret Breakfast Sundae – Worth the Hype
- I tried their Secret Breakfast Sundae, which features their Secret Breakfast ice cream (bourbon and cornflakes) paired with their bourbon caramel + a cornflake crunch on top.
- Perfect sharing size
- The cornflakes add a delightful crunch, while the bourbon caramel firms up over the cold ice cream into the perfect chewy texture.
- The bourbon caramel flavor is strong but balanced—really complemented by the base ice cream flavor.
- If you’re a fan of quality ice cream, I think you’ll enjoy Humphry Slocombe.
The Highlights
✅ Creative Flavors – They offer a ton of unique options that you won’t find anywhere else like vietnamese coffee, matchadoodle (matcha with snickerdoodle), and early grey tea + cake.
✅ Delicious Sundae – Quality ice cream that delivered on flavor.
Downsides?
❌ No locations on the east coast.
Would I Recommend It?
1000% YES. If you’re in SF, don’t skip this place. The Secret Breakfast Sundae was a perfect treat that I’ll definitely go back for the next time I’m in SF. Whether you’re trying it for the first time or just want to get your hands on some of their awesome flavors, Humphry Slocombe is worth the visit.
