Beyond Burger Salad
Equipment
- air fryer
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1 Beyond Burger Patty
- 2 c romaine lettuce
- 1/4 c diced tomato
- 1/8 c chopped red onion
- 1/4 c low fat shredded cheese
For the Dressing
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp chopped pickle
- water (if needed) to thin
Instructions
- Preheat Airfryer to 390. Cook Beyond Burger 7.5 mins each side or until crispy and browned.
- Wash all veggies and chop.
- Place lettuce, then tomato and onion in a bowl. Add cheese.
- Allow burger patty a minute to cool and then slice and lay onto salad.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add water to thin until you have a salad dressing consistency you like.
- Add dressing to salad and enjoy!
