4 Ingredient Blueberry Muffins
These 4-ingredient protein muffins are quick, easy, and reminiscent of Little Bites. They’re perfect for a healthier sweet treat or snack and can be whipped up in under 45 minutes!

- 1 box zero sugar cake or muffin mix
- 1 core-power protein shake I used 26g protein, vanilla
- 1 5.3oz greek yogurt zero sugar added
- blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, protein shake, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Divide the batter evenly into a lined muffin tin. (Should make about 20-24)
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool, then enjoy!
