Put peanut butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Dip one flat side of the banana slice into the peanut butter. Line them on the baking sheet peanut butter side up.Freeze for 10 mins to firming.
Pull bananas out. Add chocolate chips and a little coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and melt in 15-30 second intervals.
Dip the opposing banana slice in the chocolate and place on the baking sheet. Place peanut butter side up and use remaining chocolate to drizzle on peanut butter side. (optional, sprinkle with a little sea salt on top)
Leave in fridge or freezer for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to firm up. Plate and Enjoy!

You may need to use an additional chocolate chips if you want the bananas completely covered in chocolate
